We ship worldwide, to 97% of the globe. (Yes. Globe. Sorry, flat-earthers). Our warehouse is located in the UK - which allows for accelerated shipping to Europe, and surprisingly fast shipping to the US.  In the rare case a return is required, our terms are listed below.



Where most feasible, we use Royal Mail Shipping for all deliveries. Within the UK this ensures most packages are received within 3 business days of placing an order, and where tracked services are chosen, within 7 days for the EU. Should you have a specific deadline for the arrival of your products. You are more than welcome to contact our customer service team with your requirements, and we'll do our utmost to ensure your needs are met. Unless otherwise indicated, our packaging materials are recyclable, so please dispose of the packaging in the appropriate recycling receptacle. Shipping & Returns Policy

"You are entering into this agreement with Studio52Magic Ltd. (""we"" and ""us"") as the operator of (""Studio52"").

Studio52Magic Ltd. Is registered in England and Wales with Companies House. Our operating address is Ashton Lodge, Stanbridge, Wimborne UK, BH21 4JD.
Our registered company number is 11944811. As a responsible retailer, we are a participant in the Extended Producer Responsibility programs for the entire EU, in particular France, Austria & Germany (currently being the only countries requiring formal registration). Our UID provided by ADEME is FR381311_01HBDM.
Our websites offer for sale Studio52 products and certain curated goods supplied by Studio52 brand partners (“brand partner”).  Where brand partner goods are shipped separately by the brand partner, the product will be identified on our website as a brand partner product in conjunction with Studio52. When you place an order with Studio52 your contract is with Studio52Magic Ltd. When you purchase a brand partner product this contract extends to include the brand partner.
By placing an order through this Website you are agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
All products sold are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on type of shipping, weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer. Unless otherwise indicated, shipping is conducted via the national postal carrier (Royal Mail, USPS, La Poste etc) though we reserve the right to ship via alternative means where shipping price and expediency can be bettered, at our discretion.

To start a return, please contact us using our contact page, or by sending an email to, to request a return and RMA number.
Please note, unsolicited returns without an RMA number will be refused delivery. You must first contact us for return approval and include your RMA number on your return shipping label.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital goods (ebooks, pdfs and videos), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and goods that have been used, opened or worn. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, subscriptions or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. A refund for the original item will be applied back to your initial purchase method upon receipt of the item requiring exchange.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind
Studio52 will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 14 days of receipt of item and all items are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.
Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and customers will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 10 business days. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
(Studio52) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid. We cannot accept returns for digital products or memberships.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Studio52 will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.
Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Studio52 to process your warranty claim within 10 business days.
Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) repair of the item (if applicable)
(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)
Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days, and up to 14 for outlying areas.
4.2 Transit time Internationally
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the couriers available at time of purchase. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout, should these options be available.
 4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours (UK), except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. For Change of Delivery Address after despatch you will need to contact your national postal service or chosen courier to negotiate the change. Studio52 has no ability to change shipping addresses once orders have been fulfilled.
4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Studio52 will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers (FedEx, EMS, DHL, UPS) services to these locations.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
Please contact us before placing your order should you require shipping to a Military Address. While all efforts are made to deliver to service members, this may not be possible at all times due to international shipping restrictions.
4.7 Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock or on pre-order, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item. Split shipments may be possible in some circumstances at the discretion of Studio52, however additional shipping fees may apply.
4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a confirmation notice from which they may be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping partner, if provided by the selected service. Please note: once your order has been shipped, we no longer have any control over it. The tracking information accessible via your tracking link is the same information to which we have access.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service for next steps.
Duties & Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website, and during checkout for taxes which apply according to UK law.
7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and we encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the mail carrier service at time of shipment.
9.1 Process for parcel lost or  damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement within 3 days of the courier completing their investigation into the claim. Whilst in most instances contacting us to begin the process of a claim should be sufficient, in some circumstances the courier may require you to lodge a claim/report/complaint with them in order to begin the process. If this is the case, we will advise you upon notice to us from the courier.
